We ship every day, from Monday – Friday. If your order is placed before 1pm, we will despatch it the same day. In exceptional circumstances, it may despatch the following working day, but if you have any queries as to where it’s at, please do get in touch via email at email@example.com or reply to the order confirmation you received.
We use Royal Mail for our delivery. To keep our delivery costs respectable for our customers (and to allow us to offer free delivery on orders over £15) we use Royal Mail 2nd class which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days
We would expect the vast majority of deliveries to be made according to the schedules above, but we are afraid we cannot absolutely guarantee this. Royal Mail only guarantees delivery within 28 days, but aims to deliver as per the schedules listed above. These timescales are for the UK mainland. For areas further afield, you may need to allow additional time. For more info please contact us.
Complaints & Returns:
We work really hard to make sure the quality of our coffees is kept at a consistently high level. If you are not happy with the quality of your coffee please contact us and we will endeavor to find an appropriate solution.
If you change your mind after purchasing your coffee then we will accept returns and provide you with a refund, provided the coffee is returned in its unopened packaging.
